-Pesticides in tea- I recently read this article, and it made me reconsider drinking non-organic teas.
-Best Chai? I read this yesterday, and it made me cringe a little. How can you determine what everyone will think is the 'best'. I have a go-to chai recipe I usually use and this one is quite similar. But still, 'the best'? But I am intrigued, and had hoped to make the chai this morning, but I ran out of time. I'll try it in the next few days and post about it.
-Re-visiting a favorite tea- there are so many teas to try, and when I have a chance to revisit an old favorite, it makes the experience even more enjoyable. I found a black tea that I haven't had in months, and when I brewed some up, it made me delightfully happy.
-one of my favorite NY Tea places Radiance has opened a new restaurant. I've been meaning to check it out but my lunch hours have not been long enough. If the new place is anything like the old one, I'll need an extra long lunch.
Once things settle down a bit, I will elaborate on some of these. But what about you? What tea topics have you been thinking about lately?
Hi Sara! Those are interesting stuff you are mulling over. Would love to hear you hold forth on those issues in coming days :)
ReplyDeleteI myself have been thinking about exploring clinically a bit more about the health benefits of tea. I guess as one ages it makes you think a bit more about your body. LOL! I am also thinking about Fair Trade tea in the Indian context and thinking about expanding into Thai teas, even as Japan continues to worry me with all cesium being dumped into the ocean.
Can't wait to read your new posts.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking about tea and cheese mostly!
