Holiday Giveaway: Tea and Teapot from Ocha & Co.

Last week in my Tea Happiness 2018 Holiday Gift Guide I mentioned teas from Ocha & Co., an online business based in Japan. Teaware Review: Primula Glass Teapots

I love a good glass teapot. It allows you to observe your leaves dancing around as they steep, and are simple enough in design that your tea takes center stage. I have a collection of vintage Bauhaus glass teapots that I tend not to use very often, only because I can be a bit of a klutz. So I'm always on the hunt for simple glass pots for daily use. I was excited when Primula reached out to see if I'd like to review their glass teapots, and also do a giveaway! Have a look at my review of their useful pots below, and make sure you pay attention for the giveaway details!

GIVEAWAY: Lapsang Souchong from Arbor Teas

Lapsang Souchong is a versatile tea. On its own it can be incredibly smoky with lots of character. I personally enjoy it as-is but it's also great to add to an Assam or Ceylon tea to give it a little hint of smoke while you sip. I also find it interesting to add to Earl Grey, especially since I don't like the bergamot on its own. It can also be fabulous in a tea cocktail. It's also a great item to cook with. Have any of you tried my Lapsang Chili Recipe yet? The tea lends a nice subtle hint of smoke in this vegetarian recipe.
